Cryptonextx is currently operated as an individual project. This policy explains what data we collect through this website and how it's used.

What we collect

• Information you send us directly — such as your email address, project name, and transaction ID when you submit a badge order via email.
• Public on-chain data — contract addresses, liquidity data, and holder information you submit for review. This is public blockchain data, not personal data about you.
• Basic site analytics — if analytics tools are enabled on this site, they may collect standard technical data (browser type, approximate location, pages visited) to understand site usage. We do not sell this data.

What we don't collect

We do not ask for or store wallet private keys, seed phrases, or passwords. We never need these to perform a badge review — any request for them claiming to be from Cryptonextx should be treated as fraudulent.

How we use your information

Email addresses and project details are used solely to process badge orders, deliver reports, and respond to inquiries. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Data retention

Badge review reports and directory listings are retained as part of our permanent public record (that's the purpose of the service), unless removal is specifically requested and there's no legitimate reason to keep it public.

Your rights

You can request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information by emailing info@cryptonextx.com. Note that public on-chain data itself cannot be deleted, as it exists independently on the blockchain.

If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
